AdClub 
President

Assumed the role of President in August 2025. I have arranged speaker meetings with advertising agencies as well as marketing, communications, and sales experts. Our continued collaboration with ABAC provides members with quality mentorship as they begin their advertising careers. Additionally, I am proud to have bridged the gap between the communications and business colleges at UGA, arranging the first AdClub and American Marketing Association joint meeting. Preparing skill-building workshops, partnerships with local businesses, company visits, and networking events for AdClub has supplied our members with valuable opportunities to advance their abilities, hone their interests, and discover ways to break into the industry.

As a production specialist on the client team for Franklin College of Arts & Sciences, I have embraced having a camera in my hands. Taking my team's headshots, capturing moments from weekly meetings, and creating content for Franklin have greatly improved my photo and videography skills. Creating content calendars, planning shoots, and presenting our ideas to the client have given me excellent opportunities to apply the skills I'm learning in class.

Key Set Production Assistant

For 3 weeks, I worked as a Key Set PA on an indie rom-com film in Atlanta. My responsibilities included, but were certainly not limited to, managing communications; transporting gear, props, and talent; slating; cooking for the crew; assisting the audio team; and security detail. I helped and learned from every person on set. Some days, I seemed like a 2nd AD, others I worked hand in hand with the cameramen, and at times, you would've sworn I was a part of the art department. I gained so much unique, hands-on experience from this project, especially during those graveyard shift days, working 6pm-6am. 

Social Media Marketing

Beats by Dre

Fall 2025

During Scott Cuppari's MARK4450 course, I created a mock social media marketing campaign for Beats by Dre. I developed a two-month campaign aligned with the NBA Playoffs, centered on a product extension that enabled customers to fully #BuildYourBeats. Fully customizable colorways and different ear cup sizes celebrate every NBA fan's uniqueness and make for some really fun collabs, including none other than Boban Marjanović. Given a $300,000 budget, I anticipate over $6M in revenue at a 32:1 ROAS. Check out the pitch deck here!

Koriyama, Japan

While staying with a host family, I interned at an English language school in Koriyama, Japan. It was so fascinating to observe how my native language is taught to non-English-speaking children. This is undoubtedly an abstract experience. However, the practice of communicating effectively enough to permanently instill foreign-language skills in children I met just days before was one of my most enriching experiences to date. Plus, living with a host family in suburban Japan fundamentally changes a man. I am so fortunate to have seen what daily life in a typical Japanese home looks like, beyond what a tourist sees in big cities.

As a social media ambassador for Grady College of Journalism and Mass Communication, I shared my experience in the ADPR Japan program with the wider UGA community. As someone passionate about international culture, visiting companies such as Coca-Cola, Edelman, and APCO gave me fantastic insight into how global brands adapt to thrive in other global regions. Additionally, observing the Japanese style of advertising, especially at the Ad Museum in Tokyo, has provided me with remarkable inspiration as I explore creative endeavors.

Planned and executed on-campus activations and strategic brand partnerships with Numbskull and Beast, driving student engagement and increasing overall brand visibility. Also, my team and I coordinated influencer campaigns and merchandise giveaways to expand event awareness.

International Business, Sustainability, and Ecotourism

Summer 2024
Australia, New Zealand, Fiji

Participated in a University of Georgia Maymester program exploring sustainability and international business across three countries. Studied environmental and economic systems through fieldwork and site visits, from Australia’s Great Barrier Reef to New Zealand’s Fjordlands. In Fiji, I lived with a local family in a rural village, gaining personal insight into community-based sustainability and cross-cultural perspectives.

Developed and pitched a comprehensive strategic marketing campaign for Porsche North America as part of the Terry College of Business's Digital Marketing Competition. Selected as one of the Top 8 teams out of 40, we earned the opportunity to present directly to Porsche executives at their Atlanta Northeast location.

Spoon University has allowed me to explore my foodie dreams in the Athens area. During content days, a group of members visits a local restaurant. In exchange for some free food, we provide free publicity to the UGA student body through our social media and the national Spoon University webpage. As a copywriter, I've had the opportunity to write a few articles for the Spoon page, including one for an amazing local taco spot, Taco Mama. Check out that article here!

I am a two-time qualifier for the DECA International Career Development Conference (ICDC) in the Sports and Entertainment Marketing category, demonstrating strong strategic and presentation skills in a competitive national setting. Given only 10 minutes to prepare, I was able to put together a pitch worthy of podium positions, proving my ability to form creative solutions and communicate effectively while under pressure.
